What we are looking for

Project Development Lead is responsible for leading our innovative 3-cities portfolio approach model, and ensuring that three fecal sludge treatment plants (FSTPs) to reach financial close. This role involves leading strategic relationships with external stakeholders, developing concept notes, funding proposals, and investment memos, and regularly presenting the model to external stakeholders.

What does the job involve
• Leadership and Strategy:
• Lead public-private partnership with national government, local governments, and development finance institutions.
• Act as primary point of contact for project development
• Manage success of various stakeholder relationships
• Leading Portfolio of FSTP projects reach financial close:
• Lead on FSTP project structuring on Annuity-based Design Build Finance Operate and Transfer and/or concession
