Required background: Housebuilding

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Engineering team within the technical function of an established and well performing region of a national housebuilder.

Whilst we will consider candidates both from consultancy and private development, housebuilding experience in a volume developer and exposure to 200+ unit sites will be preferred.
• Civil Engineering degree, qualification or training
• Pre construction input both prior to and post land acquisition including site appraisals
• Developing road and sewer designs with the approving bodies to solve all associated engineering issues
• Briefing and managing external consultancies to deliver detailed civil engineering design packages
