YourRetreats Ltd, a leading provider of park and luxury lodges, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lodge Siting Operative to join our dynamic team. As a Lodge Siting Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of our lodges on various sites, as well as snagging and correcting any issues caused during transit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the project manager to determine the site layout and positioning of lodges
• Prepare the lodge, leveling the building and siting according to NCC guidance
• Ensure all necessary utilities are connected to the lodge, such as water, electricity, and sewage
• Operate heavy machinery, such as telehandlers and forklifts, to transport and position the lodges
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure the lodges are installed to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the installation process
