We have been instructed to source a Country Counsel Spain to be based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Legal Director Europe, the Country Counsel will oversee all legal issues for the Spanish subsidiary including employment law and public and private tenders.

Required skills and Experience:
• You will be a Spanish-qualified Lawyer with 10+ years of professional experience as an in-house counsel.
• You will have experience in corporate governance, compliance, employment law, commercial contracts, company secretary, regulatory affairs, and private and public tenders.
• You will have exceptional skills in negotiation, drafting, legal analysis, and problem resolution.
• You will be fluent in Spanish, and English. Knowledge of Catalan will be considered a plus.
