Role Description

The Legal Manager will be responsible for tasks related to law, legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and legal affairs. The role includes ensuring legal compliance, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing legal affairs within the company.

· Check the legality of all Company contracts, documents, regulations, procedures, and documents to ensure that there are no errors and that they are in accordance with the law and state regulations.
