1. BACKGROUND

The Centre for Environmental Policy and Advocacy (CEPA) is an organization dedicated to promoting sustainable environmental and natural resources management through research, communication, and advocacy. With funding from the Government of Flanders, CEPA implemented a project called "Promoting Inclusive and Progressive Land Governance for Sustainable Livelihoods" in Kasungu and Lilongwe Districts.
