Responsibilities :
• Organize workflow & manpower by assigningresponsibilities
• Responsible for coordinatingshifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employees’ performanceto meet daily / weekly / monthly objectives
• Ensurethe safe use of equipment / machinery and schedule regularmaintenance
• Check production output accordingto specifications
• Submit reports onperformance and progress
• Identify, analyze,carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and qualitystandards set by the company, food industry and governmentagencies.
