Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly
corrective and preventive action and site quality report as per the
company QMS and discussing the same in monthly meeting at regional office.
• To ensure that all incoming
materials used for construction activity comply with the specification and
standard
• Checking on all construction
activities before, during and after completion as per process control
check lists.
• Control on Batching plant
productivity.
• Deal with the customer complaints on a day-to-day basis.
• Review running mix designs in compliance with client
requirements in terms of strength, durability, permeability, workability.
• Supervise monthly internal calibration and uniformity
test for each batching plant unit.
• Prepare analysis
report for compressive test result and durability for internal and
external specimens.
• Ensure real implementation of QA/QC plan and related
inspection activities as well as reported in standard format.
