Robert Half have been exclusively engaged by a fast growth PE backed organisation with head offices in Huntingdon, Cambridge in their pursuit for a Group Accountant. This newly created role is a result of continuing growth in the business and finance functionand will support a Group Financial Controller and Group Finance Director with the preparation of Group Accounts. Key Responsibilities : Assist with the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and the annual statutory accounts for the newly acquired entities Group consolidation and Acquisition accounting of the Group and regulatory returns Assist the finance function with remaining statutory and regulatory compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, etc) One of the key contacts for the statutory audit and our banking relationships Continuously review processes to identify and implement improvements or simplifications Undertake technical review of accounting standards and assess their impact on group accounting policies...
