Your Role

We seek a Cat Area Manager to cover maternity and join the Research and Development Nutrition Center team, warranting quality results and managing the team of cat nutrition technicians and supporting the palatability, digestibility animal nutrition, and health studies.

What will you do?
• You will manage a team of technicians to ensure the quality, and delivery dates of studies data, and the health and needs of the cats in the Nutrition Center.
• Manage resources under your responsibility to align needs and goals needed for the improvement of the Center in collaboration with the R&D Center Manager.
• Support improving and creating protocols and ways of working to improve the performance and efficiency of the team.
• Ensure the quality of data inside the internal management software, including test schedules, animal status, activities, and tests.
• Analyze the data of animal healthcare like animal intake, body weight, health, and movement.
