Job Responsibilities:
• Candidates sourcing and selection : using your discipline expertise to source, through the different channels, and select candidates in accordance to clear criteria of selection to match with clients’ needs and ensure successful placements.
• Customer experience : ensure that customers, both candidates and clients, have delightful experience throughout the hiring process, from receiving client request to successful candidate placement, including organizing interviews and the follow up on candidates deployment, by demonstrating professionalism, expertise, commitment, and communication skills.
