Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Maintenance Manager for a luxury property in Hermanus. The Maintenance Manager is based in the maintenance department and manages all maintenance functions of the property.

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
• Managerial experience in Ma intenance
• Experience in planning and executing maintenanc e operations.
• Computer literacy
• Solid understanding o f technical aspects of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and H VAC systems
• Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energeti c.
• Must be a team player, with a positive attitude.
• Mu st be willing to work shifts.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

• Ownership of all maintenance challenges pertaining to plumbing, electr ical and general

maintenance
• Develop maintenance proced ures and ensure implementation thereof.
