Minimum of aMatric /Grade 21 - arecognised tertiary qualification wil be a distinct advantage ni motor vehicle trade, sales, marketing, finance, operations, general management principles, etc.

• At least 3-5 years operational working experience as a Customer Service Advisor ni Service Workshop operations within the motor vehicle industry / dealership environment.

• Must have in-depth technical knowledge of vehicles service / parts requirements. • Agood command of the English and alocal language - spoken, read and writen. • Must have computer skils and ability ot utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook, CMS, Evolve or asimilar Service Workshop management system.

• Must have avalid driver's licence.

• Must be medically fit - note the job entails a hands-on approach where physical movement si required ot attend ot customers and working with workshop staf.
