International charitable foundation RAOUL is looking for a Recruiter to join an innovative social project on overcoming unemployment of disadvantaged people.

Raoul foundation, based in Sweden, is dedicated to developing a new model and a global platform for supported employment (SE) for people from disadvantaged groups in developing countries. Our mission is to support individuals from disadvantaged groups to obtain and retain employment and thus also contribute to making society more inclusive.

Role Description

As an External Recruitment Specialist, you'll take charge of sourcing and onboarding Changemakers* for our project in Tashkent and/or Tallinn. Collaborating closely with our passionate project team, you'll have the support you need to excel in this dynamic role.
