Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Create an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed Take accurate food and drink orders Deliver food and drinks to guests and be attentive to all of our guests and their needs Process payments efficiently and accurately Ensure guests are satisfied and have an exceptional dining experience Available to work overtime when required Other duties as assigned by Manager Safety and Environmental Responsibilities Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.
