Job Responsibilities:
• Receive, process, and verify the documents, job requests and inquiries submitted by clients.
• Prepare Job Order for clients to implement the required services.
• Ensure and provide quality services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a high level of professionalism, efficiency, quality, and competence in every client interaction.
• Update job order for operations in the Port-Door Management System.
• Deliver documents and stamps where needed to ensure execution of work.
• Issue invoices and archive supporting documents once execution is done for a customer shipment.
• Communicate customer needs related to shipments internally and acquire needed approvals for the same.
