Job Summary

Receiving/Dispatch Staffis responsible for actual receiving and dispatch or delivery of items/products to maintain correct inventory while ensuring safe and accurate transfer of items/products to the proper department.

Role Accountability
• Correct count and description of merchandise being received and delivered based on delivery receipt, receiving report and purchase order.
• Safe handling of items while being transferred from one place to another.
• Ensure all transactions are well coordinated with concerned unit/s.

Job Specification
• Educational Attainment
• Preferably, but not necessary,a graduate of secondary education or vocational course
• Work Experience
