• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

• Maintain contact lists• Computer Literate

• Working Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Google suite (Doc, Sheet, Gmail) and other basic office software.

• Work experience as an Admin staff / bookkeeper is a PLUS;

• Data and document organization skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
