A Leading construction fit out organization with its operation in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a senior level BIM Engineer to establish a corporate BIM department. This individual must be a self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team member on construction modeling projects.

The successful applicant will be based in Beirut Lebanon for an initial 06 month contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for creation and production work of 2D,3D and 4D shop drawings and BIM models using REVIT Architecture, NavisWorks or other design software programs.

· Work with Estimating and Proposal departments to develop BIM modeling for estimates and proposal submittals. Major Projects; attends weekly site meetings with BIM teams, prepares scope of work in model using REVIT and NavisWorks.
