You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative for Japanese National Personnel programs as specified in the Master Labor Contract and Indirect Hire Agreement.
You will develop customer-responsive personnel programs including writing of local instructions, training of managers in program requirements consistent with policy, program and technical guidance contained in directives from higher authorities.
You will serve as technical and program advisor to Commanders, commanding Officers and Officers in Charge at the Flag level and below at a variety of independent Commands and detachments.
You will deal directly with representatives of the Government of Japan on issues relative to the personnel management of JN employees. Meetings may include issues of great sensitivity including the possibility of labor unrest, strikes, etc.
