Key Responsibilities
• Establish Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with customer experience and overall brand design.
• Lead Brand Projects and Initiatives: Take charge of a range of brand projects
• Gather Consumer Insights and Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and others.
• Execute Brand Initiatives and Campaigns: Implement various brand initiatives, including 360 projects, campaigns, advertising plans, and new product launches.

Requirements
• Min. 2 years experience in FMCG environments or as manager leading large teams
