We are seeking a Data Manager to join one of our Global clients within Aberdeen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective data strategy and governance. You will be involved with building effective data management practices and developing the team's data management expertise.

The role
• Drive and oversee data governance within the organisation
• Ensuring the accuracy/security of data, developing the data management expertise within the organisation
• Setting KPIs and reporting on progress throughout
• Utilising metadata management tools and automating processes
• Advising on enterprise data architecture
• Working with key stakeholders and technology teams

The person
• Experience with developing data governance processes and procedures
• Knowledge of data management practices
• Experience using metadata management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
