• Job Brief: *This an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a caring and a Good rated Care Home which is located in Washington, where they provide general nursing, residential and dementia care to its residents.
• Key Points*
• You must hold an active NMC pin with an Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability Nursing Qualification
• Caring for patients requiring Nursing, Palliative, Dementia, Residential & Elderly Care.
• Some duties will involve; creating care plans, medication, catheterisation, taking blood, overseeing care staff, and leasing with GPs and relatives.
• Hours are Part-time or Full-time (24 - 48 hours per week)
• Shifts are 12 hrs on a rolling rota each week, 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00, 4 weeks in advance and involve alternate weekends.
