SCHOOL HOURS, EVENINGS, OR FULL TIME - But we will be honest - you will need to work some hours on alternate weekends as our lovely clients need food at a weekend too.

We were one of the first agencies in our area to offer minimum call times of 1 hour to all of our clients, We were one of the first agencies to move towards paid shifts rather than paid contact time. We are now proud to be leading the way to a new pay structure for staff in our area.
• We pay you the same hourly rate whether you are driving between calls, cleaning, or carrying out care tasks.
• We give you plenty of time with our clients - our minimum contracted care call time is 1 hour - plenty of time to fit in a cup of tea, ice cream on a hot day, or a game of Uno.
