The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for the commercial relationship between Biffa and its corporate clients. The role will cover financial performance, growth and development, contractual negotiations, meeting the relevant KPI’s and SLA’s, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention and innovative solutions.

• Monitor, manage and co-ordinate all department based resources to ensure an increase in productivity and improved quality of service provided.
