This role supports our guest journey by ensuring that the appearance of our property appeals to the senses, it must look immaculate, it must smell fresh and clean, and our seating areas must be so inviting they always look like areas of comfort, relaxation or enjoyment, whatever the purpose of the guest stay maybe.
