Our client in Aldershot is looking for a Junior IT Assistant. This is a great opportunity for either a graduate or an individual who has some previous personal or professional IT experience, looking to take that first step into their career.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience assisting with technical projects, so you must have a passion in technology!

Your main position will be providing Group IT support, whilst also assisting in developing new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication between internal users and IT support providers

Aid in the set-up, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment

Assist in managing user access for new employees, departures, and system modifications

Organise data within ERP systems across the Group

Monitor support tickets and communication channels

Conduct necessary system maintenance and updates

Offer technical support to staff group-wide
