Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Country Director on behalf of our NGO client.

With overall responsibility of the charity’s Ethiopian operations, you will deliver effective strategic

leadership, provide technical quality assurance and safe, efficient and effective practices. You will manage,

support and develop staff capacity in Ethiopia which strives for quality, impact and act as our organisational

ambassador and advocate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that an organizational approach to working in Ethiopia is captured within a Ethiopia Country

Strategy through coordination throughout the organization and the company Executive.
• Ensuring that the implementation of the Ethiopia Country Strategy is underpinned by regularly updated

Operational Plans, Influencing and Communication, and Policy and Verification Frameworks.
