The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

-Develop the annual HR plan and kpis.

-Compensation and Benefits application including payroll management and cost control.

-Employee relationship management such us collective agreement and labor law application, internal policies, individual agreements, audits, worker presentative committee, etc.

-Be in charge of support dispatchment employees from different countries such us China, Latam, etc.

-Recruitment and leavers management.

-Service provider management.

-Business support.

Experience & Knowledge:

-Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Labor Relations).

-At least 5 years experienced in Human Resources dpt in RRLL areas.
