We are looking for a new colleague to join as a People Experience Manager with a focus on People Operations: You'll be the architect of a thriving employee experience at Planday. Here's how you'll make a real difference:
• Empower a High-Performing Workforce: You'll streamline daily People operations, ensuring seamless processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and more. This frees up valuable time for employees to focus on their core tasks and contribute to our success
• Champion Compliance and Best Practices: Your expertise in HR policies and compliance will ensure we operate ethically and legally. You'll also implement best practices to elevate our People Experience (Px) function
• Drive Innovation with HR Tech: As an HRIS superuser, you'll leverage technology to automate tasks and gain valuable insights. This allows us to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our Px strategy
