Job description:

1. Project lead of trainer team.

2. Design and draft process ideas.

3. Work with trainer team to test process.

4. Document process to make work instruction after pass quality inspection.

5. Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

6. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

7. Develop tool, fixture and best practices to improve standard time that ensure product quality.

8. Document and provide work instruction, standard time, quality criteria for use with training

and production.

9. Analysis and research for upgrade system.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Previous Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development experience

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with emphasis on teamwork.

• Ability to understand, communicate, and create technical manufacturing documentation
