Specific Duties:-Ensure that all incoming raw materials and finished products are tested and complied with the company Inspections & Tests Plans (ITP).-Perform all the in-house testing; it includes density, MFR, tensile strength, elongation, flexural modulus, shore D hardness, carbon black content and ESCR tests.-Organize all the third-party testing.-Ensure that the tests reports are correctly filled in the company server and results are communicated to the concern departments.-Organize calibration of inspection tools and testing devices.-Prepare all QC document using in company.-Perform routine spot check in case of there is 2 shift production.-Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.-Having ISO9001 knowledge is appreciate More Detail
