Job Description

• Responsible for daily operation for the entire plant, including the product quality

and quantity and inventory management - all aspects of the business units and

problem solving with the entire team - to achieve quality and output targets set by

Management

• Holds direct full site responsibility for the manufacture and timely delivery of

orders for local and export markets by controlling the production planning and

scheduling - controlling labour resources to achieve savings through labour

efficiencies

• Holds full plant responsibility for long-term technical and personnel expansion to

ensure quality product supply and development - as well as the repair and

maintenance of factory plants and equipment’s
