JOB SUMMARY

Coordinate and attend to the upkeep, maintenance, and landscaping activities at SEARCA Main Building, SEARCA Residence Hotel (SRH) and Annex, and Housing Facilities, as well as the set-up of conference facilities and main lobby during Center events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Landscape Architecture, and related fields.

Work Experience

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills

1. Detail-oriented and ensure work is consistently completed and accurately done within the expected timeframe.

2. Good sense of organization, ability to identify priority assignments and activities, and efficiently manage multiple tasks.

3. Good interpersonal and client orientation skills, and able to communicate effectively, both written and oral.

4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
