Quality Control / Assurance Technician Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry

Requirements
• 2 to 4 Years experience in laboratory environment
• Biochemistry practical experience in lab environment
• Product and product application knowledge
• Follow Lab protocol/policies/procedures
• Food safety

Duties
• Assist Quality Control/Assurance manager to ensure quality control/assurance policies and procedures are adhered to
• Ensure QC/QA responsibilities as below are done on daily basis.
• Daily routine testing and verification that products are in specification; make necessary adjustments to bring batch into acceptable specification limits
• Pre-formulating of batch before production batches are manufactured.
• Manages the shipment and tracking (communicate with clients) of pre-ship samples including maintaining progress and updates on the PSS Approval Spreadsheet.
