Role Overview: Sales Representative
• First point of contact for all contacts interested in BGA: address questions and provide detailed information about BGA via email, WhatsApp, text messages, phone calls, and individual online/physical meetings.
• Coordinates visits and trial days to our locations.
• Maintains communication with all Staff via Teams channels.
• Inform parents of news and changes promptly.
• Guides leads through the admissions process to ensure: a) a smooth experience and b) leads have a good understanding of BGA before the enrolment.
