Job Summary:

The role is responsible for supporting the Managers of Hotel Talent Attraction to oversee the day-to-day activities of the onboarding coordinators in Manila, and conducting recruitment activities as defined on periodic basis. The Team Lead will assist to monitor Pinpoint and flow of applications, assist the Recruitment managers when they need help to clear back logs in applications and support them to achieve the recruitment KPI’s. Open, close and update positions in Pinpoint, as per guidance from Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Support and assist with training the team on any new procedures or processes implemented.
