Field Service Technician / Specialist Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Guyana. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong electronic and electrical aptitude to diagnose and effectively resolve issues associated with control panels, power boards, electrical logic, and electronic control circuits, but also experience in machinery mechanics, hydraulic systems, engines, and powertrain. This role will involve visiting customers across Guyana and potentially beyond (e.g., Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, St. Lucia), diagnosing machinery problems both in the field and in our warehouse, and providing training to users or operators as needed.
