Merthyr TydfilRSW are seeking an Administrator to join our Client in the Merthyrarea. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide support to staff and visitors
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Data entry and record keeping
Qualifications
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic office equipment operation
Hours of work
07.30- 16.30pm Mon-Friday
Pay rate
11.44 per hour More Detail
