Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency in public communication on an international scale, is looking for a talented and dynamic Event and Project coordinator to join our team based in Alicante, Spain.

The Event and project Coordinator must have the following qualifications and skills:
• professional experience in events management and in various aspects of event logistics, such as scouting and negotiation with suppliers (worldwide), reserving facilities and equipment for meetings, catering, interpreting and technical support in event logistics, recruitment and finance;
• experience in budgeting, reporting and cost management;
• experience in managing subcontractors and supervising junior staff responsible for coordinating logistics activities;
• English and Spanish level C1/2 and Italian (at least B2) is desirable;
• good experience in EU projects and with international institutions and/or public administrations;
