Position Overview

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Contracts Specialist will develop and issue contracts and services agreements. This individual performs all tasks involved in the formation and award of contracts and the administration of those contracts. They are responsible for communicating with bidders and personnel to establish clear definition of requirements and to assure performance to stated project requirements. The Contracts Specialist is responsible for terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, proposals, schedules and other documents incorporated in the contract and to ensure the contract is administered to the contractual requirements.
