As a Senior Business Analyst you will concentrates on projects related to changes in our IT systems, as well as projects that heavily involve the use of IT, Data, and technology to solve a business problem.

You will be expected to understand, from a business perspective, what the requirements are and how a particular IT process or procedure needs to work, before relaying this information to the solution development teams. You will also relay information from the development teams back to the business, translating any technical information into business language. It’s important that everyone understands the implications of the process.

Bridging the gap between the IT team and rest of the business, such as operations, marketing, finance, and HR, you will negotiate business requirements with stakeholders. Then analyse and document requirements to present a business case.
