Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations in the Manufacturing Unit for Penicillin Packaging
• Enhance systems, processes, and best practices
• Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives (e.g. other Manufacturing units along the value stream, Operational Excellence, Project Management Office, Supply Chain Management / Logistics)
• Implement and monitor production KPIs; Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings
• Facilitate governance for Manufacturing Unit (Leadership meetings, Steering Committees, IBP) and represent MU in x-function meetings (incl. global stakeholders)
• Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Report on operational efficiency and quality standards
