**Job description**
1. Allocation of operators as per the line plan
2. Ensure 100 % utilization of workforce
3. Ensure the availability of accessories and line input before starting of sewing and also ensure minimum of two days inputs in place.
4. Periodical monitoring of hourly targeted production with accepted quality.
5. Educate the operators to achieve the productivity as per the requirement fixed by IE.
6. Ensure the garment rejection and sewing wastage are within the limit
7. Report the hourly production records.
8. Monitoring the safety aspects of employees at work place.( Needle / eye guard )
9. To ensure machine break downs to be addressed without delay
10. Ensure targeted production achieved.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
• *Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
