1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or related field 2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with plastic mold structure, injection molding, assembly, spraying processes and processes; 3. Have independent project follow-up ability, possess project analysis and problem-solving skills; 4. Has good communication and coordination skills, strong adaptability and logical thinking; 5. Proficient in operating computer office software and K3 system applications. 6. Understand ISO9001&IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO45001 systems and the five major tools, and be familiar with using APQP/PFMEA/PPAP. 7. Good communication in English (both written and spoken) 8.
