Job Description

Provide Human Resource functions and services support to the business. The incumbent is responsible for cascading senior leaders vision by planning, organising and executing Human Resources tactical strategy.

Responsibilities
• Advise on and manage training and development initiatives specific to departmental needs.
• Lead change management efforts by planning and executing strategies at the operational level.
• Administer payroll and ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including interviews and selection processes.
• Design and implement employee wellness programs tailored to workforce needs.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including training managers on performance evaluation techniques.
