Hiring Post : Team Lead for Legal Virtual Assistants

Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of VLAs composed of licensed Filipino lawyers, law graduates, law students, and paralegals.
• Train and develop your team on US legal processes, procedures, and relevant legal software.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and meet client deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on all VLA work before delivery to US teams.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback to improve productivity and skills.
• Prioritize and distribute tasks based on client needs and VLA expertise.
• Escalate complex legal issues or questions to senior management.
• Maintain clear communication with US legal teams regarding project updates and potential roadblocks.
• Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Research and implement new technologies and processes to improve team efficiency.
