As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance of Dubizzle cars Branch operations, Home inspections, Logistics, Inventory management & Transfers across Egypt. You will partner with cross-functional teams to lead operational process improvement ensuring best practices and creating the blueprint for standardised processes and systems across all sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Take ownership of the on-ground operations and the different functions with-in it.

● Support the teams with all queries related to business and operations.

● Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing processes or develop new processes keeping the customer in mind and best practices.

● Prepare statistics & data and compile accurate reports. Analyse and improve process and service procedures, policies, and standards.
