Head of Sales – Commercial Vehicles (Centurion)

A leading client within the automotive and trucking industry is looking for a Head of Sales. The successful candidate’s main purpose will be providing residual values for guaranteed buybacks and trade backs and

managing the portfolio, managing the buying, and selling of used trucks and buses and managing the stock.

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure developed sales training meetings and standards of product knowledge
• Ensure to determine potential buyers and ensure follow up by employees
• Ensure to prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for used vehicle sales department
• Manage the residual values and buyback/trade back portfolio

Key Duties:
• Responsible for the overall used vehicle operations and inventory control, manage inventory and strict day turn
