Following the growth of our team, we´re recruiting: Support Engineer (Azure Platform)Profile:- 2+ years of experience as Support Engineer (customer, technical and/or billing support role);- Experience with Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Azure Networking) e Azure Active Directory Fundamentals (eg: User, Group, Domain Management);- Strong Knowledge in Azure Platform;- Good Knowledge in Windows Active Directory Services and Windows Networking;- Good Knowledge Office 365 Management;- Fluent in English;- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;- Excellent communication ability;- Good organizational and- management skills.
